Graduation Status Codes
Your Graduation Status Explained:
Application Received (AP)
The records office has received your application to graduate. Applications are reviewed beginning December 1 for Fall, April 1 for Spring, and August 1 for Summer.
Preliminarily Complete (PC) *
Your graduation application has been reviewed based on your current registration for the graduation term. If you successfully complete all coursework your degree will be awarded after a final review.
Preliminarily Deficient (PD)
Your graduation application has been reviewed and based on your current registration status it appears you are not going to complete your degree during this term and require more than 6 additional credits to complete in the next available term.
Anticipated Eligible – Preliminarily Complete for Summer Term (AE) *
Your graduation application has been reviewed and based on your current registration we anticipate awarding your degree in the final term for the current academic year after a final review of your audit. You are eligible to participate in commencement for the current academic year. You will not need to re- apply to graduate.
Commencement Eligible – Incomplete/Degree Anticipated in Future Term (CE) *
Your graduation application has been reviewed and based on your current registration we can not predict when your degree will be awarded, however you are within 6 credits of completion and may participate in commencement as Degree Anticipated. You will need to re-apply to graduate in a future term if you do not complete during the current academic year.
Degree Awarded (AD) *
Your graduation application has been reviewed and your degree has been awarded.
Not Eligible for Graduation (AX)
Your graduation application has been reviewed and you are not eligible to graduate during the current academic year. You will need to re-apply in a future term.
